1. Do you submit objections and appeals on behalf of your clients?

2. How often do you submit objections and appeals to SARS?

3. Do you submit these objections and appeals manually or electronically?

4. What is your experience regarding the SARS processing and finalising objections and appeals:

4.1 Does SARS respond within 60 days?

4.2 Does SARS respond in excess of 60 days?

4.4 Does SARS select different ways to request for the supporting documentation i.e first e-filing then e-mail etc

9. Do you request SARS to suspend legal action and payment of a disputed tax debt pending finalisation of objections and appeals?

10. Do you experience difficulties with Third Party Appointments after submitting a suspension of payment request (Approved or NO response)?

11. Is the taxpayer being phoned by Third Party Attorneys appointed by SARS?

12. Do you experience a delay or no response with regard to a request of reduce assessment after receiving receipt of your request?

14. How often does SARS issue your clients with VAT 217 assessments?

16. Do you have any problems with electronic upload of supporting documentations with regards to VAT and Tax assessments?
